It can be challenging to spot a leak in your gas distribution pipework in a busy, noisy factory.
Pipework takes all sorts of routes to the endpoint, some of which are visible and accessible and some of which are not.
We offer simple pressure or mechanical leak line monitors for industrial installations. These monitors are typically placed just after the mixer or in a pure gas supply line. When the system is not in production, you can divert the valve to the leak detection mode and observe the flowmeter.
If there is a leak, the flowmeter will indicate the flow of gas and provide an approximate size of the leak. If the flow is beyond the scale, it indicates a significant leak. By systematically isolating sections of your distribution pipework, you can locate the source of the leak. Feel free to contact us for a data sheet on BSL’s line leak detection panel.
