Finding school leavers who have engineering experience and are willing to work in a factory environment can be a challenge. However, we understand the importance of having skilled quality engineers in our company, who can provide a strong foundation for future engineers.

Over the past few years, we have taken on four young individuals and invested in their potential by providing them with comprehensive training in collaboration with local technical colleges. So far, two of our apprentices have completed their training and acquired all the necessary skills to excel in any job or project within our factory.

Today, Aidan and Lewis, our former apprentices, have taken the lead in our factory, setting high standards and passing on their knowledge to others.

This has allowed our more experienced personnel to progress and focus on developing better products for our customers.

Thanks to this success, we have created two more apprentice positions for Hannah and Ryan to follow in the footsteps of our previous apprentices. We believe that with our guidance and training, they too will become knowledgeable and driven personnel, even if they didn’t start in engineering at school.

In addition to our apprentices, we have strengthened our engineering team by adding Julian, who has over 30 years of experience in the field. We do not plan on stopping there either. Watch out for more growth at BSL!
