Spencer Cai launched A-GES Suzhou after a successful career with Linde Group. He leads an excellent team based in Suzhou, which is situated a good drive away from Shanghai in China. A-GES of China has been working with BSL for over 10 years now.

Spencer expressed his satisfaction with the long-standing partnership with BSL. He particularly praised the durability of BSL equipment, which has proven to be very reliable and low-maintenance. This has helped establish a positive brand image for BSL, something that Spencer has been successful at accomplishing.

Unlike other European suppliers who have had ongoing mixture problems, BSL has been able to fix any issues promptly, ensuring that their equipment runs smoothly and effectively. Spencer mentions that some BSL customers have not had to maintain their mixing panels at all, yet they continue to work perfectly even after 10 years of use.

Spencer himself shared a customer success story from Yingde Gas, where two BSL mixers installed in North China in 2011. After nine years of operation, the customer contacted Spencer and Charlie to inspect the equipment, which was still operating perfectly after nine years of use.
