When you receive your gas mixing system, you will also receive a detailed instruction manual, a test certificate for your gas mixer and a warranty statement. The test certificate provides information about all the parameters you need to consider during the gas mixing process. You can check these parameters, such as the pressures you are working with, using the pressure indicators on the mixing panel. If everything looks correct and you encounter any issues, please reach out to us directly with details of the problem.
Looking at our own CCR system within the ISO Quality Management System, we have found that, in most cases, the problem lies with the pressure control equipment before the mixer or the quality of gases supplied to the mixer. Sometimes, if the gas mixer has not been used for 20 years or more, the rubber components inside your gas mixer can start to deteriorate, causing it to malfunction.
We offer a refurbishment program for all our equipment and we’re always happy to help you with any issues you might have; it helps us to make better products going forward.
